원인은 xml 파일을 편집하던 상태에서 디버깅을 시작했기 때문에
xml 에서 디버깅을 피하고 java파일에서 디버깅을 시작하면 됩니다.

혹은 아래의 해결방법... 이것역시 xml에서 디버깅 시작시 에러를 뿜음;;;

Eclipse -> Window -> Preferences -> Run/Debug -> Launching -> Lauch Configuration
Filter checked launch configuration types 활성화 후에 가장아래의 XSL 체크 하면 해결됨.
